We are confident you will love our products but it`s absolutely normal that some questions arise. Here we will try to provide you with answers to everything you may wish to ask us.    

Shipping
1.  How much does it cost?  
Our shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.  
2. How much does it take? 
Please note all of our items are shipped within 3 days of receiving your order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location but usually it takes around 2 to 3 weeks the longest.  
3. Where do you ship to? 
Currently, we ship to the US, Canada, Australia, EU, Norway, and Switzerland. 
4. Will I be charged customs? 
In some cases you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Try contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so that there are no surprises. 
5. What if my products are damaged upon delivery?
We take all responsibility and we`ll make sure to sort out any issues with faulty items immediately. Please email us at  hello@thatglow.co and - we`ll do our best to send you replacements free of charge straightaway.

Returns & Exchanges 
1. Please note products can be returned within 14 days of receiving them. In case you wish to return your order, just drop us a message at hello@thatglow.co and we`ll send you detailed instructions on how to do so. 

2. We only offer refunds. Exchanges are not part of our returns policy.
